Week 2

Well hello and good evening my friends. I went through a whirlwind of weights this past week but the weight I landed on this Sunday morning is 182.0 lbs exact. Now progress is what we are looking for and I went down .6 lb which is amazing and I am proud of myself for that. However, had I had not made cookies and eaten cookie dough I might have lost some more weight. Something I made this week were Miss Browns Strawberry Snowball cookies and one of the ingredients was freeze dried strawberries which I now know are soooo good! They are going to be my go-to healthy snack from now on and something to eat instead of sweets. On the other hand I have been doing Tone It Up workouts from their app and using their healthy recipes for dinner. I really think following their fall challenge program and eating their recipes is really going to help me lose the weight. Not only that, but I’ve also been doing yoga from yogiapproved app which plants trees for lessons of yoga that you take. I think I’ve made some slow but healthy progress this week.
